1. Engagement Scope
ScaleWithMotion provides professional video editing, short-form and long-form digital content production, asset repurposing, and social media automation workflows. Specific deliverables, delivery schedules, and licensing terms are governed by individual client production contracts.
2. Intellectual Property & Channel Rights
Clients retain all rights, title, and ownership in and to their raw footage, audio recordings, brand assets, and trademarked identifiers. Upon settlement of invoices, all final rendered edits and motion packages are licensed to the commissioning client according to project specifications.
3. Third-Party Platform Policies
ScaleWithMotion operates in strict compliance with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Meta terms of service. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their commissioned source content complies with platform community guidelines, copyright laws, and advertising standards.
4. Performance Disclaimers
While ScaleWithMotion engineers high-craft hooks, retention pacing, and consistent publishing infrastructure, algorithmic discovery and viewer engagement depend on broad market factors. We do not guarantee specific view volumes, subscriber figures, or ad revenue outcomes.
